What this site collects.
Short version: nothing, unless you fill in the contact form. This site sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and has no tracking of any kind.
No cookies, no analytics, no tracking
This website stores nothing on your device. It sets no cookies, writes nothing to browser storage, and runs no analytics, advertising pixels, or session recording. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Typefaces are served from this site rather than from a font CDN, so visiting a page does not send a request to any third party. There is no map embed on the contact page for the same reason.
The cookie policy says the same thing at greater length, because a reader looking for that document by name should find it rather than a paragraph on another page.
If you use the contact form
The form is the only part of this site that collects anything. Three of these are required and the rest are optional; skipping every optional one still sends a complete enquiry. It sends exactly these fields:
- Name: So a reply is addressed to a person.
- Work email: The only way we can respond.
- What you are building, and what cannot go wrong: The message body.
- Organisation: Optional. Context for the reply.
- Country: Optional. Which working day we reply on.
- Project type: Optional. One of nine options you pick from a list.
- Industry: Optional. One of eight options you pick from a list.
- Where you are: Optional. One of five options you pick from a list.
- Budget range: Optional. One of five bands you pick from a list.
- Timeline: Optional. One of four options you pick from a list.
Submissions are delivered to us by EmailJS, a third-party service that turns the form into an email. Your message passes through their systems on the way to our inbox. We use no other processor for this site.
We use what you send to reply to you and to have the conversation you started. We do not sell it, share it for anyone else's marketing, or add you to a mailing list.
Asking us to delete it
Email info@devtechguru.com and ask. We will delete the correspondence and confirm when it is done. You can ask for a copy of what we hold the same way. You do not need to give a reason, and there is no form to fill in.
